摘    要:研究了苎麻(Boehmeria nivea)嫩茎叶收获状况下,不同种质苎麻叶中绿原酸的产量及其产量的影响因素。结果表明,各种质苎麻叶中绿原酸产量差异较明显,其中产量较高的是湘潭青皮麻和四川洪县园麻,产量分别达19.809和6.714 kg·hm-2,较低的是长宁青脚麻、安仁黄家麻、绥宁青麻、沅江青麻、安仁黄水麻等几个种质材料,产量在1.268~2.192 kg。绿原酸产量的最大影响因素是苎麻叶干物质产量,其次是苎麻叶中绿原酸的含量,同时苎麻各种质的农艺性状对绿原酸的最终产量也产生着综合影响。

Abstract:Chlorogenic acid yield of different ramie tender leaves were analyed in this study.The result showed that the chlorogenic acid yield differences are more obvious for different varieties of ramie,"Xiangtan Qingpima" and "Sichuan Hongxian Yuanma" all had higher yield were 19.809 kg·ha-1 and 16.714 kg·ha-1(the agronomic traits and the average content of chlorogenic acid were more better than other germplasm of ramie),instead that the yield of " Changning Qingjiaoma","Anren Huangjiama ","Suining Qingma","Yuanjiang Qingma","Anren Huangshuima"was low between 2.191-1.268 kg·ha-1.the factors that affect the chlorogenic acid production was ramie leaves yield(dry weight) and the content of chlorogenic acid in ramie leaves.At the same time,the agronomic traits also produced a variety of integrated effects for the yield of chlorogenic acid of different germplasm of ramie.
