LAS与百螺敌对泥鳅的联合毒性研究

摘    要:目的]研究LAS和百螺敌两种污染物对泥鳅的联合毒性效应及机理。方法]在实验室条件下,以静水生物测试法研究了LAS(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)与百螺敌(三苯基乙酸锡)对泥鳅的单一与联合毒性,并采用Marking相加指数法对两者的联合毒性进行了评价。结果]单一毒性试验表明,百螺敌对泥鳅为剧毒级,LAS对泥鳅为高毒级。LAS对泥鳅单独作用24、487、2和96 h的LC50及安全浓度分别为22.4702、0.4081、9.3641、8.698和5.050 mg/L;百螺敌的相应数值为1.425、1.215、0.9380、.800和0.265 mg/L。联合毒性试验表明,LAS-百螺敌对泥鳅联合作用24、487、2和96 h的AI值分别为0.113、0.2350、.231、0.521,表现出协同效应,并随着时间的增加而增强。结论]研究LAS-百螺敌联合毒性对探讨两者对水生生物作用的机理具有现实指导意义。

Abstract:Objective] The propose was to study the joint toxicity effect and mechanism of two contamination as LAS and fentin acetate.Method] In lab test,the single and joint toxicity of LAS(Sodium dodecyl benzene) and fentin acetate(triphenyl-acetic acid-tin) on Misgurnus angullicaudatus was observed by static biology test method and their joint toxicity was evaluated by using Marking additive index method.Result] The single toxicity test showed that fentin acetate was of hypertoxin and the LAS of high toxin on M.angullicaudatus.The LC50 of LAS after 24,48,72 and 96 h and its safety concn.were 22.470,20.408,19.364,18.698 and 5.050 mg/L,resp.and that of fentin acetate were 1.425,1.215,0.938,0.800 and 0.265 mg/L.The joint toxicity test indicated that the AI of LAS and fentin acetate joint action after 24,48,72 and 96 h were 0.113,0.235,0.231 and 0.521,resp.which showed that they had the cooperative effect which increased with the time prolonging.Conclusion] Studying the joint toxicity effect of LAS and Fentin acetate had a realisitic guiding significance to discuss their mechanism on aquatic organisms.
