芦笋茎枯病病株空间分布型及其抽样研究

摘    要:对芦笋茎枯病病株空间分布型及其抽样技术进行研究.结果表明,芦笋茎枯病病株在新栽芦笋田多为随机分布,在栽植3年以上的芦笋田以聚集分布为主,分布的基本成分是个体群,聚集强度的大小与发病轻重无关.造成多种分布的原因主要与病害本身的侵染和传播特性有关.抽样方法中,以棋盘式抽样最佳,其次是对角线式.同时给出了不同病株率下的理论抽样数.

Abstract:The spatial pattern and sampling methods of asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) stem blight were studied in this paper.The results showed that the infected plants by the stem blight distributed at random in the newly-planted fields, but aggregated mainly in the fields where the asparagus had been planted for more than 3 years. Through the analysis of the index of spatial pattern, the infected plants attracted each other. The individual group was the basic composition of the spatial distribution. The research results also revealed that there was no correlation between the aggregation and the rate of infected plants, The reason for that type of distribution could be relative with the infection and spread of the blight disease. Different sampling methods were observed in the fields, and sample of tessellated type was the best, secondly the sample of diagonal type.The theoretic sampling number was given at different rates of infected plants.
