| 摘 要： | 用人工复制VE缺乏症患病雏鸡模型,研究脑软化症患雏血液氧自由基相对含量及峰值的变化。结果发现,患雏和L组雏鸡的全血氧自由基含量本底值高于C组,患雏和L组雏鸡的峰值及峰值/本底值显著低于C组。结果表明,VE缺乏雏鸡机体细胞处于氧化应激状态。

| Abstract: | The relative content of free radical of oxygen and peak value of whole blood were studied produced artificially in the chicken with encephalomalacia. The results showed that the bottom of value of free radical of oxygen was significantly higher and peak value was significantly lower than that of the control group. The results indicated that the cell of chicken with vitamin E deficiency is in the state of oxidizing and stress. |
