桑树叶色突变体类型与特性的初步研究

摘    要:以新发现的两份桑树叶色突变体为材料 ,分析了突变体的遗传特性及光合色素变化。结果表明 :在无性繁殖条件下 ,黄化突变体Cty Ym的叶色变异能够在后代植株中稳定遗传 ;白化突变体Cty Wm也属于遗传性变异 ,但由于缺乏光合色素而不能长久存活 ;与对照原始材料相比 ,突变体Cty Ym叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量明显减少 ,仅为对照桑的 17 6 5 %~ 2 5 32 % ,这是导致叶色黄化的主要原因 ,属于缺总色素 (Ch1)类型叶色突变体 ,推测其生理机制可能与突变体的叶绿素合成受阻有关。

Abstract:Two new mutants of mulberry leaf coloration were studied in the genetic character and the change of photosynthetic pigment contents. The results showed, under the condition of agamogenesis, the mutant of leaf etiolate ( Cty Ym ) can be stably inherited. Although the mutant of leaf albation ( Cty Ym )has also the heritability, it couldn't live long since the absence of photosynthetic pigment. Contrasted with initial materials, content of chlorophyll a and b in the mutant Cty Ym is only 17 65%~25 32% of the initial one, which is a major reason for the leaf etiolate and suggested that the mutant belongs to the type of deficiency of total chlorophyll. These results indicated that physiological mechanism may be related to their inhibition of synthesis of photosynthetic pigment.
