灵芝液体发酵及产多糖的初步研究

摘    要:从7个灵芝菌种中筛选产灵芝多糖较多且生长较快的菌株紫灵芝,并以紫灵芝为菌种,研究了不同氮源、碳源及金属离子对产灵芝多糖的影响。结果表明,最佳碳源为2%的蔗糖,最佳氮源为0.2%的玉米粉,0.2%的Fe2+的存在有利于多糖产量的明显提高。发酵罐放大试验表明,每100 ml发酵液胞外粗多糖含量最多达181.7 mg,菌丝体含量最多达到151.0 mg,pH值的变化较缓和,发酵罐发酵更适合于灵芝多糖的分泌。

Abstract:The fermentation condition of polysaccharide was studied with submerged fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum.An Ganoderma lucidum species which could produce more polysaccharide and grow well was screened.The conditions of polysaccharide would be different in nitrogen source,carbon source,pH and temperature.It was concluded that 0.2%Fe2+,0.2%corn powder and 2% sucrose were the optimum condions of polysaccgarude-producing.The yield of Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharide culture and mycelium attained 181.7 mg and 151.0 mg in 100 ml fermented borth through the magnified exerment of fermenter.The range of pH was mild.Fermenter was fitting for the exudation of extracellular polysaccharide culture of Ganoderma lucidum.
