摘    要:1GF-2.5型施肥旋耕联合作业机是以单功能的6540型旋耕机为母体改进的新型施肥旋耕联合作业机具,可同时实现全肥深施-精细整地的功能。通过对施肥装置、传动系统、主体结构、机组配套性能的设计和机具田间工作性能的试验,表明该机结构紧凑合理,工作可靠,性能优良,经济性好,作业质量满足农艺要求。

Abstract:1GF-2.5 type teamwork machine of rotary tillage and fertilize, which regarded the single-function rotary tillage machine type 6540 as parent, was an improved new-type teamwork machine of rotary tillage and fertilize which had the functions of all fertilizer constructing deeply and fine soil preparation at the same time. Through the design of fertilizing device, transmission device, main structure, matching performance and the machines field performance tested, it indicated that the structures were compact and rational, and had good economic and reliable working, good performance, and that the working qualities can meet the agriculture request.
