摘    要:目的]研究糖蜜酒精废水中镁离子(Mg^2+)对厌氧处理该废水的处理效果的影响。方法]通过逐步投加六水氯化镁(MgCl2.6H2O),研究Mg^2+浓度对出水COD去除率、Mg^2+去除率以及pH值、VFA的影响,并通过厌氧活性污泥的驯化试验证明Mg^2+对产甲烷菌的毒性类型。结果]试验结果证明了在进水COD浓度为4000mg/L,废水体积和污泥体积分别为400和80ml时,Mg^2+的最佳浓度为117~177mg/L。在pH=7.0,温度为35℃的前提下,80ml污泥对c(Mg^2+)=354mg/L的含镁废水能达到最大吸收率73%。结论]证实了Mg^2+在厌氧降解过程中起到消化酶的作用,Mg^2+浓度对糖蜜酒精废水厌氧处理效果存在低促高抑的规律。
