小城镇信息化管理研究

分析了小小城镇持续发展与信息化发展的技术环境与现状；说明了小城镇信息化概念与适用技术；特别论述了小城镇信息化发展中的评价指标体系和地理信息系统问题；提出了小城镇发展信息化的理论框架。认为：在当前信息化和城镇化都被提升到发展的战争地位之时，推进小城镇信息化势在必行；小城镇信息化应注管理的信息化，而政府管理的信息化在小城镇信息化起核心作用；小城镇信息技术的选择应注重实用性，切忌贪大求全。最后，提出了小城镇持续发展号提高信息化管理的措施与建议。

Study on Information Management in Town

The technical condition and status of sustainable development and informatization in twon were analysed, the concept of informatization twon and the applicable technique were explained, the index system for evaluating and application of geographic information system were discussed, the basic structure for information town development was pointed out. Urbanization and information have been entered into the period of high speed development of China. The mangement, particularly for the governmento informatization will play a decisive role in the informatization town development.
