汞胁迫对红裸须摇蚊幼虫抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:为评价Hg~(2+)对水生昆虫的毒理效应,将红裸须摇蚊(Propsilocerus akamusi)幼虫置于质量浓度为0、1.6、2.4、3.6、5.4、8.1 mg/L的溶液中,分别暴露6、24、48、72 h时取样,分析不同处理对红裸须摇蚊幼虫组织匀浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷丙转氨酶(GST)的影响。结果表明:(1)同一时间不同质量浓度的Hg~(2+)处理,对4种酶活性影响的LSD法多重比较检验结果显示,暴露6、48、72 h时,Hg~(2+)对CAT活性都没有明显差异(p0.05);仅在暴露24 h时,CAT活性在对照组与其他质量浓度处理组之间的差异达到了显著性水平(p0.05)。(2)暴露6、24、48 h时,各处理组对SOD活性都没有明显差异;仅在暴露72 h时,SOD活性各处理组之间的差异达到了显著性水平(p0.05)。(3)各时间各处理组的POD活性,都没有明显差异(p0.05)。(4)暴露48、72 h时,各质量浓度Hg~(2+)对GST活性都没有明显差异(p0.059);暴露6、24 h时,GST活性在对照组与其他质量浓度处理组之间的差异达到了显著性水平(p0.05)。(5)CAT、SOD、GST活性对Hg~(2+)具有较高的敏感性,可以作为生物化学标志物检测水体中Hg~(2+)的早期污染;POD活性呈相对复杂的变化,POD不能有效地用来检测水环境早期Hg~(2+)的污染。

Abstract:We evaluated the toxicity effect of Hg2+on aquatic insects,Propsilocerus akamusi larvas were put into the Hg2+solution with the concentration of 0,1.6,2.4,3.6,5.4 and 8.1 mg/L.We studied the activities effect of CAT, POD, SOD and GST on P.akamusi larvas homogenate which were exposed for 6,24,48 and 72 h.The LSD multiple comparison test result for different concentration of Hg2+to four enzymes in the same time showed:①There was no significant difference in CAT activity for 6,48,and 72 h(p>0.05).Only the 24 h was obviously different from the control groups and other treatments (p<0.05).The 6,24 and 48 h had no significant difference in SOD activity.② Only the 72 h had significant difference from other treatments(p<0.05).③All treatment had no significant difference in POD activity all the time(p<0.05).④The 48 and 72 h had no significant difference in GST activity(p>0.05),and the differences between the control group and the other treated groups reached a significant level at 6 and 24 h exposed Hg2+(p<0.05).⑤CAT,SOD and GST were high sensitivity in Hg2+.They may be served as a biochemical marker in monitoring pollution of Hg2+early.While the POD ac-tivity was complex,thus it wasn't an effective target to test the early water pollution about Hg2+.
