发芽糙米微波干燥室内电场强度分布分析

摘    要:为提高连续式微波干燥机微波能利用率和发芽糙米干燥品质,运用电磁场仿真软件HFSS,分析磁控管波导安装方式(横式、纵式等)、干燥室内面与面间过渡形式(直角和圆弧)对干燥室内电磁场传递和分布影响规律,优化干燥室内物料输送带安装位置。结果表明,连续式微波干燥机磁控管波导安装方式、干燥室内六条边界面间过渡形式对电场分布均匀性和强度影响显著,磁控管输出波导位置和安装形式对干燥室中输送带上发芽糙米影响最显著。磁控管波导纵向排横列和直棱角微波干燥机干燥室形式,有较高微波能利用率和微波场分布均匀度。研究结果为提高微波干燥发芽糙米均匀性和控制干燥温度提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to improve the microwave energy utilization and ensure the drying quality of germinated brown rice by the continuous microwave dryer,it could be analyzed using electromagnetic simulation software HFSS for the installation mode of waveguide (horizontal or vertical),and the effect of transition type between surfaces of drying chamber (rectangular and circular form) on transmission and distribution of electric magnetic field,as well as could be optimized for the installation the position of material conveying belt in the drying chamber.The results showed that there was significant influence of the installation mode of waveguide and transition type between surfaces of drying chamber on the distribution uniformity and strength of the electric field acting,but there was the extremely effect of waveguide output location and installation form.The continuous microwave dryer had the higher utilization ratio of microwave energy and better distribution uniformity of microwave field for the longitudinal row arrangement mode of magnetron waveguide and the straight edges type of drying chamber.The results provided theoretical basis for improving the drying uniformity and controlling the drying temperature of germinated brown rice by the continuous microwave dryer.
