摘    要:概述了国内外土壤样品中多环芳烃(PAHs)测定方法的研究状况,其中提取方法包括加速溶剂萃取方法、固相微萃取方法、超临界流体萃取方法、亚临界水萃取方法和流化床提取方法等,测定方法有HPLC法、GC法和免疫分析法等。重点介绍了PAHs的提取过程,同时总结了各种方法的优缺点。

Abstract:The analytical methods for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in soil samples was reviewed.Extraction method such as accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),subcritical water extraction(SCWE) and fluidized-bed extraction(FBE) as well as the determination methods including HPLC,GC(or GC-MS)were presented in this paper.Emphases were given to the extraction of PAHs.The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction methods were summarized and compared.
