牡丹江流域中下游水土保持生态建设工程及效益分析

在查清牡丹江流域中下游基本情况的基础上,深入分析了流域水土流失现状和特点,从水土保持生态建设的角度,对预防监督、生态监测、技术支持等内容进行了论述,结合耕作、林草、工程措施提出了流域水土保持生态工程建设模式,对生态、经济、社会效益进行了详尽分析。结果表明,其各项效益显著,且在经济上具有可行性。

The Mid and Down-stream Watershed of Water and Soil Conservation Ecological Construction Project of Mudanjiang and Benefit Analysis

On the basis of investigating the mid and down-stream watershed basic situation of Mudanjiang, analysed the soil erosion current situation and characteristic of this watershed.In terms of ecological construction of water and soil conservation, supervision ecology monitor, technical support content were described.considering the tiuage forest.ferage grass and project measures the water and soil conservation ecological project construction scale was put forward in the watershed and the ecology, economy, social benefit were andyzed.The result indicated that benefit the project is remarkable and feasible.
