几丁质酶基因在植物抗真菌病基因工程中的应用

摘    要:真菌病害是影响农作物生长的主要病害。随着生物技术的发展,利用转几丁质酶基因等方法防治真菌病害已被广泛使用。本文从几丁质酶功能、生化特性、防治真菌病害的基础、植物几丁质酶的研究历史和进展以及今后关于几丁质酶的研究动向进行了简要的综述。

Abstract:Fungal disease is the major element of affecting agricultural yield. With the development of the biotechnology, the method of transferring chitinase gene into plant is applied widely to control the fungal disease. In this article, we have a brief and general summary about chitinase gene in many aspects: its function, biochemical characteristics, the basis of resistance to fungal disease, its research history and its development trend in the future.
