盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿品质和产量的影响

摘    要:目的]阐明紫花苜蓿的产量和品质与盐胁迫的相关性。方法]以6个苜蓿品种为试材,采用盆栽试验的方法研究了盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿重要品质性状和鲜草产量的影响。结果]紫花苜蓿的粗蛋白含量在品种间与NaCl浓度间的差异均不显著;粗纤维含量在品种间表现出显著差异,其中,中苜1号与其他各品种间的差异均达显著水平;粗灰分含量仅在NaCl浓度间存在极显著差异,在NaCl浓度为0.400%时平均粗灰分含量最高;鲜草产量在品种间、盐浓度间及其互作间的差异均达极显著水平,在NaCl浓度0.200%时多数品种的产量最高,当盐浓度大于0.300%时不同品种间的产量差异则迅速增大。结论]盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量和粗纤维含量没有影响,但对粗灰分含量和鲜草产量有明显影响。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to clarify the relativity between yield and quality of alfalfa and salt stress.Method] In the pot experiment with 6 alfalfa varieties as test materials,the effect of salt stress on important quality characters and fresh grass yield of alfalfa were studied.Result] There was no evident differences among varieties and NaCl concentration for the crude protein content of alfalfa.A obvious differences were among varieties for crude fiber content,in which,the differences between Zhongmu No.1 and each other variety were significant.The remarkable difference only existed among different NaCl concn.for crude ash content and when NaCl was 0.400% the average content of crude ash was highest.The differences of the fresh grass among varieties,salt concn.and their interaction were at extremely significant level.When the NaCl was 0.200%,the yield was the highest for most of the varieties.When the salt concentration was over 0.300%,the yield differences for various varieties were increased rapidly.Conclusion] Salt stress had no effect on crude protein content and crude fiber content of alfalfa,but had remarkable impact on crude ash and fresh grass yield.
