摘    要:[目的]研究紫鸭跖草在铜胁迫下表达的特异性蛋白质,以期探明紫鸭跖草耐铜机理。[方法]以超积累铜植物紫鸭跖草(Setcreasea pur-purea Boom)为试验材料,通过水培、电泳和层析等方法,分析其表达的特异性蛋白质分子量、表达时间以及表达时铜的最低浓度,同时对该特异性蛋白质进行了分离纯化。[结果]铜胁迫下紫鸭跖草诱导表达特异性蛋白质的最低铜浓度为 50 μmol/L,表达的时间是第 4 周,其分子量为 89.4kDa。[结论]该研究结果表明紫鸭跖草耐铜特性与其表达的特异性蛋白质密切相关。

Abstract:[Objective] This study was to investigate the expression of the specific protein in Setcreasea purpurea Boom under copper stress,with the aim to clarify the copper tolerance mechanism of S.purpurea.[Method] Methods of water culture,electrophoresis and chromatography were used to analyze the molecular weight of the specific protein in the copper hyperaccumulator S.purpurea,as well as its expression time and the minimum copper concentration for the expression.And the specific protein was isolated and purified.[Result] Under copper stress,the minimum concentration of copper to induce the expression of the specific protein from S.purpurea was 50 μmol/L,and the expression time of the protein was in the 4th week with the molecular weight of 89.4 kDa.[Conclusion] The results show that the copper tolerance of S.purpurea is closely related with the expression of the specific protein.
