摘    要:生物肥料对改善土壤质量具有重要的作用。该文通过盆栽和田间试验,研究了在常规施肥的基础上增施生物菌剂Bio-Green对黄瓜、辣椒、乌菜、萝卜和西瓜的促生长作用。结果表明:在盆栽实验中增施生物菌剂能显著提高黄瓜的株高、干重并促进根系的发育。在设施和田间栽培条件下,施用Bio-Green添加剂45kg/hm~2,可分别提高辣椒、乌菜、萝卜和西瓜的产量达11.09%、34.94%、38.75%和25.4%,与各自对照处理相比,均达到显著性差异。施用生物菌剂均能提高3种蔬菜作物的可溶性固形物含量和商品菜率,并提高了西瓜的中心含糖量,增强西瓜对白粉病的抵抗能力。可见,施用生物菌剂Bio-Green能够促进黄瓜植株的生长,并显著提高辣椒、乌菜、萝卜和西瓜的产量和品质。

Promoting Effect of Biofertilizer Product Bio-Green on Vegetable Crops
Abstract:Biofertilizer plays an important role in improving soil quality. In this study,pot and field experiments were carried out to explore the promoting effect on the application of biofertilizer Bio-Green in cucumber,pepper,wucai, radish and watermelons' growth combing with the conventional fertilization. The results showed that the application of biological fertilizer significantly improved the cucumber plant height,dry weight and root growth in the pot experi?ment. Under the condition of facilities and field cultivation,the outcomes showed that by using biological fertilizer Bio-Green approximately 3kg/666.7m2 significantly increased the yield of pepper,wucai,radish and watermelon up to 11.09%,34.94%,38.75%and 25.4%,respectively when compared with the control treatments. The application of bio fertilizer improved the three kinds of vegetable crops' soluble and solid contents as well as the commodity vegeta?ble rates,and increased the center sugar of watermelon,and enhanced resistance to powdery mildew in watermelon as well. This study suggested that the application of Bio-Green bio fertilizer could promote the growth of cucumber , and significantly improve the pepper,wucai,radish and watermelons' yield and quality.
