| 摘 要： | 2012—2015年,北京市在平原地区新造林7万hm2(105万亩)。为了提升工程监管效率,实现对平原造林工程规划、实施、后期养护等阶段的有效监管,本研究将自主多源高分辨率卫星遥感监测技术引入了工程管理中,探索出了一套基于空间技术的营林造林工程监管模式,提高了工程的管理效率与水平。
