摘    要:目的]为西宁地区的一串红采种提供依据。方法]以一串红皇帝系列品种为材料,定植于大棚、露地、荫棚、地膜覆盖4种生态环境,测定初花后不同时间的结实率,探索各生态环境下的结实规律。结果]试验得出,各生态环境下第l小花序主花的结实率均高于第2小花序主花的结实率;始花后5、10d,露地各节位的结实率高于其他生态环境;始花后15d,荫棚1~4节的主花结实率最高,露地7~9节最高。始花后20、25、30d,荫棚与地膜主花结实率均较高。地膜环境下侧花各时间段的结实率也都较高。结论]一串红各时期的主花和侧花结实率与光照强度及地温有关,不同生态环境的最高结实率出现在开花后的不同时间。

Research on the Dynamics of Scarlet Sage Seed-setting under the Different Ecological Environment

Abstract:Objective] The basis for scarlet sage seed collection in Xining region was provided.Method] A series of scarlet sage varieties-Emperor,being taken as experimental materials,were planted in four ecological environment conditions:inside greenhouse,in field,under shade cultivation and with cultivation covered by plastic film,and the law of their seed-setting under the four conditions was explored based on the measurement of the seed-setting rate at different times after flowering.Results] Under all conditions,the seed-setting rate of the main flower at the first rachilla was higher than that at the second rachilla.On the fifth and tenth day after flowering,the seed-setting rate at all of florets in field was higher than that in other conditions.On the fifteenth day after flowering,the seed-setting rate of main flower both from the 1st to 4th node under shade cultivation and from the 7th to 9th node in field condition was highest among all of treatments.On the 20th,25th and 30th day after flowering,the seed-setting rate of main flower under shade cultivation and with cultivation covered by plastic film was high.There was high seed-setting rate under all of times with cultivation covered by plastic film.Conclusion] The seed-setting rate of main and other flowers of scarlet sage was related to light intensity and underground temperature and under the different ecological environmental condition,the highest seed-setting rate was in the different times after scarlet sage flowering.
