超高压弯管的弹性有限元分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件对工作压力为300MPa的超高压厚壁弯管进行弹性有限元分析,得出在弹性工作压力下弯管的应力分布规律,用最小二乘法得出其危险点C点的弹性应力关于管道的曲率半径和弯管直径之比(R/D)的近似计算公式,可供工程设计人员参考。

Abstract:Finite element analysis software was used to conduct elastic element analysis on ultrahigh pressure elbow of thick wall with the working pressure of 300 MPa. Stress distribution of the elbow under elastic working pressure was got. And approximate formula of the dangerous point, point C, by using least squares method was got to provide reference for engineering designers.
