| 摘 要： | 促卵泡素受体(follicle-sti mulating hormone receptor,FSHR)是介导促卵泡素(follicle-sti mulating hormone,FSH)生理学信息发挥的受体,该受体基因结构对FSHR的表达具有重要的意义。作者对FSHR结构及其表达与调控的研究概况进行了系统的总结和分析,尤其是对FSHR基因作为调控不同动物繁殖性状的候选基因方面的研究结果进行了系统的评价。

| Abstract: | The gene of FSHR is the receptor which mediates the development of physiology information of FSH and has the important significance for the expression of FSHR.This text makes the summary and analysis about the research of the structure,expression and regulatory of FSHR systematically.Especially to a systemic evaluation for the finding in FSHR as a candidate gene that controls the reproductive traits of different animals. |
