廊坊市林板一体化组织经营模式研究

通过分析林板一体化组织经营模式的内涵、利益分配机制,总结出林板一体化建设中还存在着林板一体化程度不高,林、板联系不紧密,利益分配机制不合理,林农科技水平低,行业管理滞后,发展环境政策不畅通等问题.提出了组建林业(集团)股份有限公司、成立林板一体化协会,建立协会+农户的组织经营模式,加大科技支撑力度,完善政策环境等建议和对策.

STUDY ON ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT MODE OF THE UNITED SYSTEM OF FOREST AND BOARD IN LANGFANG CITY

Forest and board is a outcome going with the development of forestry and agriculture Industrialization. As an organizational management form, it is just at the transition phase from initial stage to mature stage, that is developing phase.
