1-MCP对番茄采后生理变化的影响

摘    要:以番茄(Lycoperisicon esculentum)品种金朋1号为试材,研究1-MCP处理对采后番茄果实可滴定酸、可溶性固形物、VC、硬度、呼吸速率的影响.结果表明:1-MCP能明显抑制果实中可滴定酸含量下降,减缓可溶性固形物含量的增加,保持番茄硬度;1-MCP还明显抑制番茄果实呼吸强度,推迟了呼吸高峰的出现.

Abstract:Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum) Jinpeng 1 was used to investigate the effects of 1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropene) postharvest treatment on respiration, sugar content,rigidity,vitamin C and acid content of fruit.The results of this study are summarized as follows.The decline of the acid content and vitamin C of fruit treated with 1-MCP was repressed.The respiration rate of fruits was decreased by treatment with 1-MCP.The climacteric peak of respiration was delayed 3 days by exposure to 1-MCP at all concentration.The drop of the rigidity of fruit treated with 1-MCP at concentration 500 nl/L was inhibited.
