摘    要:[目的]为更好地在生产上利用新育成反向核不育水稻FHS。[方法]利用低能氮离子柬为诱变源对籼型品系99-02进行诱变处理,在其后代中筛选到育性特殊的突变材料FHS,该研究对其开花习、柱头外露率等特征特性进行观察。[结果]反向核不育水稻FHS在10:00~10:30有明显的开花高峰期,第2个开花高峰期为中午12:00;反向核不育水稻FHS单株开花期为8月12~25日,单穗开花为8月5~10日,与培矮64S相比,其开花较早、花时集中,有利于种子繁殖;FHS柱头外露率为85.8%,外露率较低,有利于繁殖制种纯度。[结论]反向核不育水稻FHS有较好的使用价值,且可以用作光温敏核不育水稻育性转换机理研究的对比材料。
