| 摘 要： | 试验采用高效液相色谱法对鹿胎盘多肽进行分离，考察了洗脱方式及TFA对分离效果的影响，最终确定最佳分离条件为：上样量10ul；检测波长228nm；流速1．0ml/min；流动相A液0．050%TFA／乙腈，B液0．05％TFA／水，30min内10％A～50％A，90％B～50％B线性梯度洗脱。

| Abstract: | This experiment makes use of HPLC merhod to separate deer placenta polypeptide,investigating the influence of elution process and TFA on the results of seperation.Finally,the optimal seperathlg conditions were determined as follows ：A liquid 0.05% TFA/ACN, B liquid 0.05% TFA/water,in 30rain 10% A-50% A and 90% B-50% B linear gradient elutes. |
