| Abstract: | Pests of medicinal plants were intensively investigated through field observation and indoor rearing for consecutive years, and the micro moths were collected. Ten species of Microlepidoptera were identified, and the morphological characteristics, occurrence period and damage characteristics of five species were described. Prochoreutis myllerana (Fabricius) and Pyrausta aurata (Scopoli) were firstly recorded in Jilin province. Mentha canadensis Linnaeus. and Lycopus lucidus var. hirtus Regel were identified as the host plants of P. aurata (Scopoli). New host plants of Hellinsia kuwayamai (Matsurnura), Epinotia majorana (Caradja) and Archips betulana (Hübner) were added. The synonym of E. majorana (Caradja) and A. betulana (Hübner) were revised. Five species of Microlepidoptera on medicinal plants were firstly recorded in primary color ecological images in China. |
