摘    要:研制了一种导叶式自吸泵,泵的叶轮为开式叶轮,不设涡壳。叶轮后能量的转换在不对称的导叶流道内部完成。该泵的主要零部件的结构型式简单.部件的加工可以采用先进的压铸工艺实现。性能试验表明,该泵的自吸性能良好,扬程曲线平坦,是理想的喷灌用泵。

Abstract:A new type of vane self-priming pump, which has three asymmetry vanes, is developed in this paper. The energy transformation is conducted in those vanes and the main components of the pump are so simple that they can be easily manufactured by the method of die-casting. The experimental data show that the pump is an ideal sprinkling pump because it has good self-priming function and plat capacity-head curve.
