摘    要:采用中性亚硫酸盐对蔗渣进行预处理,研究了脱木素率对蔗渣中纤维素酶水解效率的影响.结果表明,脱木素率越高,纤维素酶水解的转化率也越高;较优的脱木素率为45%,其对应的葡萄糖回收率约为80%.糖化后葡萄糖的回收率与脱木素率和预处理后固体基质得率的对应变化趋势均呈Boltzmann函数关系.达到相同葡萄糖回收率时,初始亚硫酸钠用量越大,预处理液中残余硫化物的浓度也越高.

Abstract:Neutral-sulfite pretreatment was used to pretreat bagasse. The effect of delignification on the cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of bagasse was further studied. It was found that the more delignification obtained, the higher the conversion of cellulose to glucose achieved. The optimal delignification of bagasse was 45%, corresponding glucose recovery was close to 80%. Moreover, the relationship between glucose recovery and delignification, pretreatment solid yield was observed to be Boltzmann function. For an certain glucose recovery, more dosage of sodium sulfite resulted in higher concentration of residual sulfides in pretreatment liquor.
