菌草灵芝菌糟水提物对奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

选取15头产奶量、胎次、泌乳天数、体重基本一致的健康荷斯坦奶牛，随机分为3组：对照组饲喂基础日粮；试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别在饲喂的精料中添加25、50g·头^-1·d^-1菌草灵芝菌糟水提物，研究水提物对奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明：Ⅱ组的结果优于I组，在试验第11-20、21-30天Ⅱ组奶牛的日产奶增量较CK有显著差异（P〈0.05），分别提高17.78％、17.14％，产奶量增加效果明显；全期产奶量增加13.79％，与CK的差异不显著（P〉0.05）；菌草灵芝菌糟水提物对两个试验组的乳成分、部分血液生化指标无显著影响（P〉0.05）.可见，菌草灵芝菌糟水提物作为奶牛饲料添加剂具有一定的开发价值.

Effects of water extract of Juncao spent Ganoderma lucidum substrate on production performance and blood biochemical parameters of dairy cows

According to single factor experiment design, a total of 15 healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar milk yield, parity, days in milk, weight were randomly divided into 3 groups, dairy cows in CK were fed the control basal dietary, and dairy cows in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ were fed basal dietary supplemented with 25, 50 g water extract per head per day respectively. The results showed that daily milk yield in group Ⅱ had significam difference at the second and third stage, which increased by 17.84% and 17.14% respectively, during the whole experiment it increased by 13.79% （P 〉0.05）, the results in group Ⅱ were better than group Ⅰ ; milk composition and blood biochemical parameters had no significant effect in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ （P 〉0.05）. Therefore, water extract of Juncao spent Ganoderma lucidum substrate as feed additive of dairy cows has a development value.
