摘    要:杜仲生拟茎点霉菌在PDA培养基上生长良好,较难产生分生孢子。最适温度为18~30℃,最适pH值4~7,在蛋白胨和蔗糖的氮、碳条件下生长最好。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that Phomopsis eucommicola growed well on the PDA, but more difficult to produce conidiospores. The suitable growth temperature of fungus is 18- 30 °C, its suitable pH is 4 - 7, and peptone and sucrose are the best sources of nitrogen and carbon for its growth.
