摘    要:对30个不同贮运性西瓜品种果皮显微结构的观察结果显示,耐贮运型果实表皮细胞角质层厚、外果皮细胞层数多、石细胞团大、排列较紧密等;不耐贮运型果实表皮细胞虽然角质化,但角质层薄或细胞间隙角质层薄,外果皮细胞层数、石细胞团数较大幅度地减少(小),中果皮中较小而密的细胞减少或消失.据此认为,西瓜果实贮运特性是果皮各层结构综合作用的结果.

Abstract:The results of observation on pericarp tissue and cell microstructure of 30 cultivars of watermelon with different storage and transport quality showed:the fruit of cultivates with good storage and transport quality had thick cuticle in fruit epidermal cell,more cell layer in exocarp,bigger aggregation bodies of stone cell,smaller and denser cells in mesocarp;the fruit of poor storage and transportg quality cultivars had cuticle but very thin,less cell layer,smalller aggregation bodies of stone cell and few smaller and denser cell.Therefore,storage and transport quality of watermelon fruit were depended on each structure of peel;watermelon fruit with the black-seed edible seed had layered stone cell and thicker peel,which maybe concerned with better toughness.
