原木形状数学模型锯剖仿真的研究

摘    要:本文提出了用矩阵法处理原木形状数据的数学模型,为制材最佳锯剖方案的研究提供了有力的工具。本模型几何意义清晰、运算使用方便,可以避免繁琐的、费时的手工计算。由计算机实现锯剖仿真,从而选出最佳锯剖方案,并能绘出图形。 本模型可以应用于制材生产自动线,促进制材生产自动化向高水平发展。

Abstract:This article deals with the mathematical model using matrix expression to process the data of log-forms. The mathematical model of log-forms has been stringent instrument of wood-log sawing simulation and research. The model presented in this paper can be conveniently used to design sawing patterns of logs in production process. Formerly, to process the data of log-forms, only the cylinder or conical model are used. Such model seems to be incomplete. The presented model uses matrices so that the expression of log-forms becomes more precise and the calculation of optimal sawing becomes easily.
