摘    要:金黄色葡萄球菌β溶血素是一种具有磷脂酶C活性的外毒素,具有白细胞毒性、溶血活性等特征,并且对奶牛乳房炎也具有一定的致病性。因此,β溶血素在免疫预防和细胞生物学领域的研究具有很大的价值。对其理化性质与细胞膜作用机制进行介绍,对其毒力、致病性等最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Staphylococcal beta-hemolysin is a k.ind of exotoxin with the activity of phosphatidolipase C, which has the character of leucocytotoxicity and haemocytolysis. Moreover Staphylococcal beta-hemolysin is pathogenicity to cow mastitis, so it has more value to study in the field of immunoprohpylaxis and cell biology. Physico-chemical property and the mechanism of action on the cellular membrane are introduced. The toxicity and pathogenicity of beta-hemolysin are reviewed here.
