摘    要:针对目前我国废旧电池回收处理中存在缺乏完善的相关法律法规、处理难度大、回报率低所导致的回收率低、处理率低等突出问题,在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,提出了加强相关立法与执法,改进处理方法与技术,建立完善的回收、处理体系,进一步加强有关环境宣传与教育的相关措施。

Abstract:In allusion to some problems in disposal of depose battery such as lack of perfect law,difficult disposal,low return rate and low disposal rate,some measures including reinforcing related lawmaking and executing,improving disposal method and disposal technology,building perfect reclaim disposal system,reinforcing related surrounding education were put forward based on the successful experiments of other countries.
