| 摘 要： | 为研究石榴叶总黄酮的抗氧化性质，分别测定了石榴叶总黄酮对·OH的清除作用、对·O2^-的清除作用和对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明：石榴叶总黄酮对·OH的清除能力、对·O2^-的清除能力和脂质过氧化的抑制能力EC50分别为24．65μg／ml、57．01μg／ml 1和42．87μg／ml。石榴叶总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化的作用。

| Abstract: | In order to study the antioxidation of total falvones from Pom Egranate leaf, the effect of total falvones on hydroxyl radical（ · OH ）, superoxidized anion radical （ · O2^- ） and malondialdehyde generated by lipidperoxidation were test , respectively. The result showed that the EC50 were 24. 65μg/ml,57.01 μg/ml 1 and 42. 87μg/m 1 ,respectively. The total falvones from Pom Egranate leaf has stronger antioxidation. |
