摘    要:植物多酚具有良好的生物活性,具有抗氧化、防衰老、消除人体自由基、抗辐射、降血糖、防治心血管疾病等保健功能,在食品、保健、医药等有广泛的应用。近年来,植物多酚的研究成为热点,本文主要介绍了植物多酚的结构和功效、国内外植物多酚的提取方法以及含量测定方法。

Abstract:Plant polyphenol has good biological activity, such as inoxidizability, anti-aging, eliminate free radicals in human beings, anti-radiation, lowering blood sugar, prevention of cardiovascular disease and other health functions. Recently, it has been wildly used in food, health, medicine and other industries. In recent years, plant polyphenol research becomes more and more attractive. This paper introduces the structure and effectiveness of plant polyphenol and the extraction and quantitive determination methods of plant polyphenol.
