吡咯烷酮酸性离子液体催化制备甾醇烟酸酯

摘    要:合成N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐(Hmim]HSO4)、1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐(C3SO3Hmim]HSO4)、1-(3-磺酸基)丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐(C4SO3Hmim]HSO4)、2-吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐(Hnhp]HSO4)1、-(3-磺酸基)丁基-2-吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐(C4SO3Hnhp]HSO4)阴离子质子酸离子液体,并探讨其酸性、溶解性等。同时以烟酸和甾醇酯为原料,以这些离子液体为催化剂和脱水剂,制备甾醇烟酸酯,考察这些离子液体的催化活性。结果表明,酸醇比为1.2∶1,反应温度120℃,反应时间1 h时,酯化收率最高达到82.5%,而且离子液体可重复使用3次以上,且催化活性不受影响;离子液体催化活性与其酸性、溶解性密切相关。

Abstract:A series of acidic ionic liquid,including Hmim]HSO_4,C_3SO_3Hmim]HSO_4,C_4SO_3Hmim]HSO4,Hnhp]HSO_4,C_4SO_3Hnhp]HSO_4,were synthesized and disscussed their characteristics such as acidity,dissolution. On the other hand,phytosterols nicotinate was prepared with nicotinic acid and phytosterols in these ionic liquid solvent to measure the catalytic activity of these ionic liquid. The optimization conditions are nicotinic acid : phytosterols=1.2:1,120℃,and reaction for 1 h,the yied of phytosterols nicotinate could be got to 82.5%.And the catalytic activity could not be influenced after the ionic liquid was used repeatedly 3 times. As a result,the acidity and solubility are important factors for the catalytic activity.
