| 摘 要： | 本文依据新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州境内主要河流３０年以上的水文观测资料，研究、分析了开都河、黄水沟、迪那河、车尔臣河的径流干旱（枯水）的年际、年内变化特征和规律以及与新疆干旱年之间的关系。

| Abstract: | According to the hydrological observation data over 30 years,this paper studied and analysed the dry season, change characteristics and regulation of Kaidu River,HuangShui RiLer,Qing Shui River,Dina River and Chercheng River. Mennwhile,it put forward theIow water forecast method, it is effective for forecasting the low water of river runoff. |
