Welger AP-530型打结器动态仿真和结构分析

为了研制出性能稳定、高效安全的打捆机,通过挑选了适用的Welger AP-530机型的牧草打捆机作为参考对象,应用虚拟样机技术对该打捆机的核心部件打结器进行仿真设计和分析,并结合实际情况对打结器的部分参数改进,对所建虚拟模型进行静力和疲劳分析,分析结果能很好地吻合实际情况。该研究为打结器国产化提供了一些借鉴和参考,具有一定的实用价值。

Simulation and the analysis on structure of the welger AP-530 knotter

In order to develop a stable,efficient and secure knotter of pasture binder,we select the Welger AP-530 pasture binder as a reference object.The knotter which important parts of pasture binder's simulation design and analysis was made using ADAMS.Firstly,combined with the actual situation of this knotter,we improve on some the knotter's parameters.Secondly,the knotters'major parts were static and fatigue analyzed,and the analysis result can tally well the actual situation.This thesis may provide some refere...
