| 摘 要： | 针对黑龙江省森林生态补偿运行机制的不足,提出了黑龙江省森林生态补偿市场化运行机制的建议,试图通过破坏者补偿、受益者补偿、补偿方式国际化等原则来完善黑龙江省森林生态补偿机制,以促进区域行业之间发展的平等与和谐,实现森林生态资源的可持续发展。
