| 摘 要： | 试验以枯草芽胞杆菌ＡＴＣＣ６６３３株等材料，研究了诊断苯丙酮尿症（Ｐｋｌ）Ｇｕｔｈｒｉｅ检验的有关条件。其结果为，以２．００×１０５／ｍＬ菌孢子浓度，０．５％琼脂含量并制成３ｍｍ厚的Ｄｅｍａｉｎ培养基，最适宜Ｇｕｔｈｒｉｅ检验。
