鳖病原细菌的分离鉴定及胞外产物的初步分析

摘    要:对来自福建光泽、宁德和福州的表现不同症状的病鳖进行细菌分离,所得菌株经形态观察及生化反应鉴定均为有运动力的气单胞菌,其中主要是嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila).对气单胞菌进行了致病性和药物敏感性试验,对其液体培养物用(NH4)2SO4沉淀得到胞外产物,测得其对免血有溶解性,对小白鼠有致死也.SDS-PAGE电泳结果表明,胞外产物的差异具有菌株特异性.

Abstract:Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from diseased soft-shelled turtles. The isolates were identified to be mobile aeromonases, mainly Aeramonas hydrophila, by morphological and biological characterization. The pathogenicity and sensitivity to antibiotics of the isolates were tested. Extracellular products were obtained by precipitation from the culture fluid using ammonium sulphate, and were proved to be with hemolysis and lethality for mice. SDS-PAGE showed that the differences between extracellular products were strain-specific.
