摘    要:[目的]为慈竹遗传改良提供理论依据。[方法]以慈竹为材料,通过叶面喷洒不同浓度与配比的GA3和IAA,研究其对叶和茎可溶性蛋白含量动态积累的调控效应及其与木质素合成相关酶活性的关系。[结果]GA3和IAA处理对慈竹叶和茎的可溶性蛋白含量动态积累具有调控作用,这种调控作用与GA3和IAA的浓度与配比密切相关。经GA3和IAA处理后,慈竹叶中可溶性蛋白含量呈先缓慢上升后缓慢下降的趋势,慈竹茎中可溶性蛋白含量呈先缓慢下降后又缓慢上升的趋势。慈竹茎可溶性蛋白含量的降低与4CL酶活性的提高密切相关,与CAD酶活性的提高有一定的关系。[结论]GA3和IAA处理改变了慈竹茎和叶中可溶性蛋白质含量动态积累趋势,并使慈竹茎可溶性蛋白含量的降低与4CL和CAD酶活性的提高有相关。

Abstract:[Objective] This study provided the theoretical evidence for genetic improvement of Neosinocalamus affinins.[Method] With N.affinins.as tested material,the gibberellin(GA3) and 3-indoleacetic acid(IAA) with the different concn and combinations were sprayed on the leaves to study the their regulatory effect on the dynamic accumulation of soluble protein content in stem and leaves and their relationships with the synthetase activities of lignin biosynthesis.[Result] GA3 and IAA played the some roles in the regulation of the dynamic accumulation of soluble protein in leaves and stems of N.affinins,which had close relation with their concn.and combinations.After the treatment of GA3 and IAA,the soluble protein content in leaves of N.affinins first slowly raised and then slowly declined,in contrast,the soluble protein content in stem of N.affinins first slowly declined and then slowly raised.The decrease of soluble protein content in stem of N.affinins was closely related to the increase of 4CL enzyme activities,and it was certainly related to the increase of CAD enzyme activities.[Conclusion] GA3 and IAA treatments changed the trend of the dynamic accumulation of soluble protein in leaves and stems of N.affinins,and made the decrease of soluble protein content in stem in N.affinins to be related to the increase of 4CL enzyme and CAD enzyme activities.
