摘    要:从外植体、基本培养基、激素水平及碳源的筛选方面进行H.11648麻组织培养快繁体系的建立研究.研究结果表明,珠芽苗茎尖为最理想的快速繁殖材料,芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L;继代增殖最适宜培养基为MMS+6-BA 5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L,增殖系数最高可达4.6;...

Abstract:By screening aspects of the explants,the basic medium,hormone levels and carbon,this experiment established the tissue culture micropropagation system of Agave sisalana H.11648.The results showed that the optimal explants material for rapid propagation were bulbil shoot tip.The optimal shoot induction medium was MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L.The optimal subculture medium was MMS+6-BA 5 mg/L +IBA 0.3 mg/L with the multiplication factor of up to 4.6.The optimal rooting medium was 1/2MMS+NAA 1.2 mg/L,the rooting...
