烤烟叶片总多酚积累的位置差异分析

摘    要: 对3个品种不同部位的同一烤烟叶片上不同位置的总多酚积累的差异进行了系统的分析,旨在探明同一片烟叶的总多酚积累的变化与位置之间的关系。分析结果显示:3个品种不同部位同一烟叶总多酚的含量均存在叶尖>叶中>叶基的关系。同一部位同一烟叶不同位置的烟叶总多酚含量变化不同。在同一片烟叶中,红大品种和云烟品种烟叶总多酚含量积累的梯度差异变化均以中部叶的最高;K326品种烟叶的总多酚含量积累的梯度差异变化以下部叶的最高。分析结果表明:烤烟同一叶片总多酚的积累与叶片中不同位置田间形态受光机会呈正相关关系;不同品种均呈现相同规律,而且3个供试品种在相同环境中以红大品种总多酚积累最高,且梯度差异变化最大。这可能与红大烟叶品种特性有关,红大叶片节间较长,致使受光机会差异大,总多酚积累的位置差异变化显著。

Abstract:The differences of polyphenols accumulation in different positions of the same tobacco leaf were studied with three tobacco varieties.The purpose was to find out the disciplinarian of polyphenol accumulation and the relation between polyphenol accumulation and leaf positions.The results showed that for Hongda variety(H)and K326 variety(K),the polyphenol accumulation of tobacco leaf tips was the biggest,following with the middle of the leaf and the base.For Yunyan variety(Y),the polyphenol accumulation of the leaf base was the biggest,following with the leaf tips and the middle.The changes of the same plant position with different leaf position were different.For both H and Y of the same leaf,the gradient and diverse change of polyphenol accumulation of middle plant position was the biggest.For K,the gradient and diverse change of polyphenol accumulation of plant base position was the biggest.The analysis showed that the correlation between polyphenol accumulation of the same flue cured tobacco leaf and light accepting chance in different position was positive.Different varieties performed the same regulation.The polyphenol accumulation and gradient change of H were the biggest in the three supplied varieties,which might be connected with the characteristics of H.The internodes of H were longer so that the differences of photic chances were bigger.The position change of polyphenol accumulation in different positions of the same tobacco leaf was significant.
