植物草酸的功能及其代谢调控研究进展

摘    要:草酸作为一种最简单的二元羧酸,普遍存在于植物界中,并且在漫长的生物进化过程中并无淘汰的趋势。越来越多的研究表明,植物草酸具有重要的生理功能,并且在植物抗逆性中发挥积极作用。植物中的草酸形成积累主要受光呼吸乙醇酸、抗坏血酸及草酰乙酸等有机酸代谢途径调控,但也受诸如氮素形态等其他因子的影响。

Abstract:Oxalate is widely distributed in plants, which may account for 6% -10 % of tissue dry weight in many plants. The data showed that oxalate may play an important role not only in physiological processes but also in stress resistance of plants. Oxalate synthesis in plants could be related to photorespiration glycolate metabolism, and also form oxalate by cleavage of ascorbic acid or oxalaacete; but oxalate accumalation was also affected by other factors such as different nitrogen forms.
