摘    要:[目的]研究盐胁迫对甜瓜种子萌发特性以及幼苗细胞保护酶活性的影响。[方法]以3种甜瓜品种的种子为试材,混合盐溶液设5个浓度处理,供试种子在冷水浸泡24h发芽后加入等量处理液进行盐胁迫处理,测定各个处理的发芽率、发芽势、SOD和POD活性。[结果]随着盐溶液浓度的增大,甜瓜种子发芽率和发芽势呈下降趋势,3种甜瓜种子的耐盐性由高到低分别是:兴农8号、齐甜1号、龙甜3号。在不同浓度的盐胁迫处理下,甜瓜幼苗SOD活性先下降,最小值达到0.0133U/mg,再升高,最大值达到0.0311U/mg.之后降低;POD的活性先上升,最大值达到0.6372U/g,之后缓慢下降。高浓度盐胁迫超过幼苗自身的忍耐程度时,导致POD和SOD的活性均下降。[结论]该研究为甜瓜的栽培、耐盐性品种的筛选提供技术依据。
