进境SPF鼠传入疫病风险分析

为识别并及时防范进境SPF鼠携带病原传入的风险,根据《一、二、三类动物疫病病种名录》《中华人民共和国进境动物检疫疫病名录》以及相关公告、国家标准和国际组织要求,通过风险识别确定汉坦病、淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎、鼠痘、小鼠肝炎和仙台病毒病等5种疫病会带来一定风险。从病原学特征、疫病发生、易感动物、传播途径等方面进行5种疫病的定性评估,使用风险评估矩阵确定综合风险水平,认定这5种疫病传入风险较高,传入后果较为严重。因此,应对这5种疫病实施重点监测,同时采取相应的风险管理措施,重点包括加强出口国相关动物卫生证书审核,提高隔离场管理水平,增强SPF实验鼠卫生和健康管理意识。

Risk Analysis on Diseases Introduction by Entry SPF Mice

In order to identify and timely prevent any risk of disease introduction by entry specific pathogen free(SPF)mice,it was determined that a certain risk could be caused by five diseases including hantavirus disease,lymphocytic choriomeningitis,mousepox,mouse hepatitis,Sendai virus disease through risk identification in accordance with the List of Class I,II and III Animal Diseases,List of Quarantine Diseases for the Animals Imported to the People's Republic of China as well as relevant announcements,national standards and requirements of international organizations.A qualitative assessment against the five diseases was carried out in terms of etiological characteristics,disease occurrence,susceptible animals and transmission routes,it was identified that the introduction risk of the five diseases was higher with serious consequence through determination of the comprehensive risk level by use of a risk assessment matrix.Therefore,the five diseases should be emphatically monitored whilst corresponding measures concerning risk management should be taken,with a priority to strengthen examination for animal health certificates of exporting countries,upgrade management of quarantine stations and improve awareness concerning hygiene and health management for SPF experimental mice.
