生物多肽在黄瓜上的抗病及促生效果研究

摘    要:为了保证黄瓜品质和安全,明确生物多肽在黄瓜上的抗病及促生效果,通过在黄瓜生育期内,采用叶面喷施的方式施用生物多肽1 000、1 500倍液,重点调查黄瓜作物生长势、产量及病害发生情况。结果显示:施用生物多肽1 000倍液表现较好,在采收期黄瓜株高和茎粗较对照组分别提高了13.8%和33.3%,对黄瓜白粉病防治效果达68.3%;单瓜质量较对照组增加7.8%,667 m~2产量提高4.8%,残次瓜数量明显降低;同时,对涝害有一定的抵抗效果。推荐在黄瓜作物上施用生物多肽1 000倍液。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to ensure the quality and safety of cucumber and clarify the effect of biological polypeptide on disease resistance and growth of cucumber, the growth, yield and disease occurrence of cucumber were investigated by spraying 1 000 times and 1 500 times of biological polypeptide on leaves during the growth period of cucumber. The results showed that the application of 1 000 times solution of biological polypeptide was better than the control group, the plant height and stem diameter of cucumber increased by 13.8% and 33.3%, respectively, the control effect on cucumber powdery mildew was 68.3%, the single fruit weight increased by 7.8%, the yield increased by 4.8% per 667 m2, and the number of defective melons was significantly reduced, at the same time, it had a certain resistance to waterlogging. It was recommended to apply 1 000 times of biological polypeptide solution to cucumber crops.
