单嘧磺酯钠诱导芥菜型油菜雄性不育的作用效果

摘    要:以3份不同芥菜型油菜自交系为材料,研究单嘧磺酯钠(MES)对芥菜型油菜的杀雄效果,同时利用细胞学观察对芥菜型油菜花粉败育特征进行探讨。结果表明,植株叶片喷施0.075 mg/L和0.1 mg/L的MES均能引起芥菜型油菜不育,高质量浓度的MES处理对农艺性状的影响更显著,细胞学观察发现MES诱导的芥菜型油菜雄性不育与绒毡层发育异常相关。研究结果为MES对芥菜型油菜的最佳杀雄浓度提供参考,并为其化学杀雄育种工作奠定理论基础。

Abstract:Mustard is an important cash and oil crop,which has strong stress resistance and significant heterosis. Chemical hybridization agent (CHA) is one of the important ways to utilize heterosis in rapeseed,the screening of high efficient CHA and the study of its mechanism for inducing male sterility are the important basic work. In the study,three inbred lines were used as materials,the effect on male sterility in Brassica juncea induced by MES was investigated,in addition,the characteristics of pollen abortion in Brassica juncea were studied through cytological observation. The results indicated that,both 0.075 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L MES spraying on the leaf surface could cause male sterility in Brassica juncea,and the influence of high concentration on agronomic characters was more significant.We found ,that the male sterility induced by MES was related to the abnormal development of tapetal in Brassica juncea. The results provide a reference for the optimal concentration of MES inducing male sterility in Brassica juncea and lay a theoretical foundation for its chemical hybrid breeding.
